The independent inspection report for your insurance

Many Florida insurers flag shingle roofs around 15 years old, often demanding a new roof before they'll renew. When you rejuvenate with us, we send an independent, Florida-licensed inspector, not one of our employees, to document your roof after treatment. It's a $250 value, free for our customers.

Your report includes:

• The inspector's findings on your roof's overall condition
• Estimated remaining useful life
• Dated photos of every roof slope, vent and flashing
• Your carrier's roof form, completed when your insurer requires one
• A record of your treatment: date, Roof Reboot product and 5-year warranty

Use it at insurance renewal or when shopping a new policy, to answer a lender's or appraiser's roof questions for a refinance or HELOC, or to hand buyers a documented roof and transferable warranty when you sell.

Inspection performed after treatment by an independent, Florida-licensed inspector; findings are the inspector's own and are not guaranteed. Insurance and lending decisions are made solely by your carrier or lender.
